Transfers and swaps must be completed by 11:59 pm on October 26, 2012.

To complete the TRANSFER you will need:

	Your any-deer permit number.
	The following information about the person who will be receiving the permit from you: 2012 hunting license number, name, mailing address, date of birth, and transferee must be a junior hunter or a person 65 year of age or older.
	A ball-point pen
